Finding a CD you thought you had forgotten about....

Don't you just love it when you are having a clear out, or perhaps sorting out your DVD collection and you stumble upon something that you'd forgotten about, something so specially that you question how it ever got lost.

Albums like Kruder and Dorfmiesters the K&D sessions, and, from today, I rediscovered 'Dub Side of the Moon' by Easy Star All-Stars. Originally released on 28 April 2003, 'Dub Side of the Moon' is a Reggae Tribute to Pink Ffloyd's 'Dark Side of the Moon' with fantastic covers that would have Mark Ronson wishing he had got there first.

The track listing mimic that of Ffloyd's album but with a dub reggae sound system thrown in for good measure.

Hailed as one of smartest covers albums ever produced, this is well worth getting on, providing you can track down a copy!

The tracklisting includes:

  • 1. Speak To Me / Breathe (In the Air)-Feat. Sluggy Ranks
  • Listen 2. On The Run
  • Listen 3. Time-Feat. Corey Harris & Ranking Joe
  • Listen 4. Great Gig In the Sky-Feat. Kirsty Rock
  • Listen 5. Money-Feat. Gary 'Nesta' Pine & Dollarman
  • Listen 6. Us & Them-Feat. Frankie Paul
  • Listen 7. Any Colour You Like
  • Listen 8. Brain Damage-Feat. Dr Israel
  • Listen 9. Eclipse-Feat. The Meditations
  • Listen 10. Time Version

Bonus Tracks

  • Listen 11. Great Dub In The Sky
  • Listen 12. Step It Pon the Rastaman Scene-Feat. Ranking Joe
